Erin began her career in banking, starting out in operations and eventually made her way to information technology. She then joined a managed service provider for 8 years working primarily with law firms to support their infrastructure, security and end-user systems. With over ten years of experience in IT, Erin enjoys taking on complex technical challenges and helping users navigate often confusing systems with confidence.

In her spare time, she loves reading, going to the movies, and volunteering for the library.
