Shelby Eckhardt

Business Development Officer

Shelby Eckhardt has almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the last 22 years dedicated to working closely with Registered Investment Advisors. As a Business Development Officer at Northwest Asset Management, Shelby leads her current firm, Northwest Asset Management, in all business development initiatives and focuses on cultivating long-term, successful relationships with advisors.


Before joining Northwest Asset Management, Shelby held roles at firms such as Charles Schwab, where she worked in Advisor Services Relationship Management, and Merrill Lynch, where she served as a Client Associate. Her deep industry knowledge and client-centric approach make her a trusted resource for advisors navigating today’s complex financial landscape.


Shelby is a registered Investment Advisor Representative. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through fitness, exploring new destinations through travel typically geared around fishing, and, of course, spending time with her husband, family, and two dogs.
